• Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Comply with import/export regulations of the destination and origin countries.
• Not to ship any prohibited or restricted items as listed in our Restricted Items & Guidelines section.

4. Delays and Liability

KenBest Logistics is not liable for delays caused by customs, acts of God, or other events beyond our control. Insurance is available upon request and must be arranged prior to shipment.

5. Payments

All invoices must be paid in full as agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional charges. Payment terms will be communicated prior to service commencement.
